She got her start working with a Plastic Surgeon where she was able to expand her knowledge in both surgical and non-surgical cosmetic procedures. She has a passion for the art of sculpting the face with Botox & Fillers in treatments she likes to call “liquid face lifts”. As the founder of Nova Aesthetics, her goal was to have a Medical Spa that stays on top of the latest trends in the cosmetic world. Marta’s attention to detail and her eye for a natural, aesthetically pleasing look, is what sets her aside from the rest. Aside from her love for all things Aesthetics, Marta is also very passionate about fitness and wellness. She has trained extensively with some of the top practitioners in the wellness industry and truly loves to assist patients in beginning their journey to a healthier lifestyle. Dr. Jennifer Walden is a board-certified plastic surgeon, innovator, and thought leader in the field of aesthetics who is fellowship-trained in aesthetic plastic surgery at The Manhattan Eye, Ear and Throat Hospital where she previously served as its program director. Dr. Walden notably was the first female president of The American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (The Aesthetic Society) in the organization’s 56-year history and is consistently ranked one of Newsweek’s top facelift surgeons each year. Besides being our medical director, Dr. Walden practices in her hometown of Austin where she owns and operates her own accredited office surgical center. Dr. Walden holds the academic titles of Adjunct Assistant Professor of Plastic Surgery at the University of Texas Southwestern and Adjunct Assistant Professor of Surgery at Baylor College of Medicine. Dr. Walden has a special interest in facial aesthetic surgery, minimally invasive aesthetics, and medical wellness, and she lectures internationally on these topics. Sarah is an experienced aesthetic Nurse Practitioner, holding a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from the Medical College of Georgia and a Family Nurse Practitioner degree from the University of Texas El Paso. Jessica is a Registered Nurse with over 14 years of experience. She comes to us from Methodist Hospital with vast experience in Pediatrics and Recovery Room. Jessica earned her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of the Incarnate Word. With a continued interest in the aesthetics field, she earned her certificate in the combined use of neurotoxins and dermal fillers from The Texas Institute of Medical Aesthetics. Since earning her certificate, she has had extensive training with Marta. Jessica’s goal is to give her patients a personalized treatment plan to enhance their beauty and enjoy their experience. She feels incredibly rewarded when she sees how happy clients are with their transformations, giving her a love and passion for aesthetics.

Hailey is a Family Nurse Practitioner bringing over 7 years of nursing experience to her practice. She earned her Bachelor’s in Nursing from Texas Tech University and continued her education with a Master’s in Nursing from the University of Texas at Arlington.

Naira has been a retail manager for over 15 years and is hoping to go back to school to get another degree in HR. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her husband & daughter, as well as being near the water and partaking in outdoor activities.
