Marta has been in the field of Medical Aesthetics for over 14 years. She got her start working with a Plastic Surgeon where she was able to expand her knowledge in both surgical and non-surgical cosmetic procedures. She has a passion for the art of sculpting the face with Botox & Fillers in treatments she likes to call “liquid face lifts”. As the founder of Nova Aesthetics, her goal was to have a Medical Spa that stays on top of the latest trends in the cosmetic world. Marta’s attention to detail and her eye for a natural, aesthetically pleasing look, is what sets her aside from the rest. Aside from her love for all things Aesthetics, Marta is also very passionate about fitness and wellness. She has trained extensively with some of the top practitioners in the wellness industry and truly loves to assist patients in beginning their journey to a healthier lifestyle. Marta’s vast knowledge and expertise in the industry has given her the opportunity to travel the United States training other professionals in the art of aesthetics and wellness. Always taking the time to thoroughly explain the procedures she is performing, her passion for teaching shows in every encounter she has with her each of her patients.

Dr. Rojas specializes in internal & family medicine. He however has been a part of the Aesthetics world for over 10 years and enjoys aiding patients with their weight loss journeys. Dr. Rojas & Marta have worked together for over 10 years and their passion for health and wellness as well as attention to detail has made them a great team.

Jessica is a Registered Nurse with over 14 years of experience. She comes to us from Methodist Hospital with vast experience in Pediatrics and Recovery Room. Jessica earned her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of the Incarnate Word. With a continued interest in the aesthetics field, she earned her certificate in the combined use of neurotoxins and dermal fillers from The Texas Institute of Medical Aesthetics. Since earning her certificate, she has had extensive training with Marta. Jessica’s goal is to give her patients a personalized treatment plan to enhance their beauty and enjoy their experience. She feels incredibly rewarded when she sees how happy clients are with their transformations, giving her a love and passion for aesthetics.

Alicia is a very talented Medical Aesthetician and Laser Technician. Alicia joined our team in 2013, but has been practicing aesthetics for over nine years. She graduated from Ogle School where she learned in-depth skin care. She loves sharing her knowledge with patients to help them better understand why we do the things we do to keep our skin looking it’s best. From the time she takes to understand her patients needs, to the individual care she gives to each treatment with her patients, Alicia’s love for her profession shows in everything she does. Alicia has a gift for tailoring treatments and is somewhat of a chemist when it comes to creating new products and mixing chemicals to form the best possible result for her patients. You are sure to experience a thorough, results driven treatment when under her care.

For as long as I can remember I’ve loved all things skincare. I started out by first getting my laser tech license, then shortly after pursued my dream of being an Aesthetician. I have been an Aesthetician for almost 4 years and couldn’t be happier with my career! It brings me absolute joy when I’m able to help my patient’s reach their skin goals and educate them on what to do for long-term care. There is so much to love about this industry and I look forward to continuing to learn and grow.

In 2018, I finished my Aesthetics program at the Elizabeth Grady School of Esthetics in Massachusetts and now I am so glad to be licensed in the state of Texas as of January 2020. Skincare is my passion and I believe that with the proper products and treatment you can unleash the best skin of your life. There’s nothing better than seeing someone be confident in the skin their in and that’s why your skincare goals, will always be my skincare goals.

Naira is originally from El Paso, Texas. She has a BS in business management from WGU. Naira has been a retail manager for over 15 years and is hoping to go back to school to get another degree in HR. She is new to the world of Aesthetics, but has quickly picked up the passion for the industry that we all possess. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her husband & daughter, as well as being near the water and partaking in outdoor activities. Her meticulous organization skills and enthusiasm to please, make her addition to Nova Aesthetics a very vital one.
