​Jessica is a highly accomplished Registered Nurse with a professional career spanning over two decades. Since 2004, she has cultivated a sophisticated clinical background that serves as the foundation for her expertise in the field of medical aesthetics.

​Prior to specializing in aesthetics, Jessica honed her clinical acumen across several high-acuity environments. Her tenure at Methodist Hospital included dedicated service in Pediatrics and the Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU/Recovery), complemented by a period of rigorous experience as a Travel Nurse. These diverse roles instilled in her a steadfast commitment to patient safety, clinical precision, and holistic care.

​Jessica began her aesthetic career at Nova, where she continues to refine her technical skills and stay at the forefront of industry advancements. She specializes in developing bespoke treatment protocols designed to highlight each patient’s inherent features while maintaining a focus on comfort and clinical excellence. Driven by the transformative power of confidence, Jessica is dedicated to helping her patients achieve their aesthetic goals through a refined and personalized approach.

​Outside of her professional practice, Jessica has been married for 16 years and is the proud mother of three amazing children. She finds great joy in her family life, which balances her dedication to the nursing profession.

Hailey is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a passion for helping patients feel confident, refreshed, and like the best version of themselves. She has been a nurse since 2017 and began specializing in aesthetic injections in 2019. Since joining Nova in 2019, she has continued to grow her expertise and develop a loyal patient base.

Hailey earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Texas Tech University and her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Texas at Arlington. Combining a strong medical foundation with years of hands-on aesthetic experience, she brings advanced clinical knowledge and an artistic eye to achieve natural, balanced results.

Known for her warm personality and honest approach, Hailey focuses on enhancing each patient’s natural features rather than changing them. She creates personalized, thoughtful treatment plans that deliver subtle, beautiful, and lasting results, helping patients look refreshed and confident while remaining completely themselves.

Outside of work, Hailey’s greatest joy is her family. She is married and a proud mother of three, and when she’s not in the clinic, she enjoys spending quality time with her loved ones, who are truly her everything.

Dialis Molina serves as the Aesthetics Manager at Nova Aesthetics, where she has been an integral member of the team for more than eight years. She began her career with Nova as a receptionist and, driven by a strong passion for the aesthetics industry, advanced to become a licensed Medical Esthetician and Laser Technician before stepping into her current leadership role.

Dialis earned her Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations from Suffolk University in Boston. Following graduation, she pursued her passion for skincare by completing her professional aesthetics training and transitioning into the field of medical aesthetics.

With a deep commitment to skin health, Dialis is dedicated to helping patients feel confident through personalized, results-oriented care. She is recognized for building authentic relationships with her patients and for her genuine passion for the art and science of aesthetics.

Outside of her professional life, Dialis is happily married and a proud mother of four. She deeply values motherhood and enjoys experiencing the world through her children’s eyes an outlook that reflects the warmth, compassion, and attentiveness she brings to every patient interaction.

​Originally from El Paso, Texas, Naira Tovar holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from WGU. A seasoned professional, Naira brings over 25 years of comprehensive management experience to the team, including a dedicated 10-year tenure within the Aesthetics industry.

​Throughout her career, she has developed a profound passion for aesthetics and a commitment to operational excellence. Her meticulous organizational skills and unwavering dedication to client satisfaction make her a vital asset to the Nova Aesthetics leadership team.

​Outside of her professional life, Naira is a devoted dog lover who finds fulfillment in volunteering with children. An avid traveler and outdoor enthusiast, she enjoys hiking, spending time near the water, and racing cars with her husband. She is also a passionate foodie who delights in exploring diverse cuisines and is renowned master of Halloween, specializing in the creation of elaborate, hand-crafted costumes.

​Elizabeth serves as the Patient Coordinator at our clinic, where she is dedicated to cultivating a sophisticated and welcoming environment for every guest. A licensed Aesthetician and Laser Hair Removal technician, Elizabeth brings eight years of specialized experience in the medical spa industry to her role. Her technical background allows her to provide expert guidance, ensuring patients feel comfortable, confident, and thoroughly informed from the moment they arrive.

​Bilingual in English and Spanish, Elizabeth is committed to providing inclusive, high-level service to a diverse clientele. Her professional demeanor and meticulous attention to detail are instrumental in maintaining seamless operations and elevated standards of care for which our practice is recognized.

Magaly is a dedicated Patient Coordinator with over six years of experience in the aesthetics industry. She has a true passion for helping patients feel confident and takes pride in creating a welcoming, supportive experience for everyone she serves.

Magaly began her career working alongside Medical Aestheticians and Dermatologists in Austin, gaining valuable expertise in aesthetic treatments and patient care. Now back in her hometown of San Antonio, she brings strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a caring approach to every patient interaction.

Outside of work, Magaly is recently married and enjoys running, swimming, and crafting. She also loves volunteering her time with dogs, combining her creativity and compassion with her passions.
