Scheduling Fee
To confirm your appointment, a $50.00 fee is required at the time of booking any procedure to guarantee your reservation. If the appointment is kept, the deposit is applied to the cost of the appointment/procedure. If the appointment is missed or no-show, the non-refundable $50.00 will be applied to the cancellation fee (unless a 48-hour notice is given).
Cancellation Fee
$50.00 for less than 48-hour notice to change or cancel your appointment.
Late Policy
Out of respect for our patients and staff schedules, treatments for patients arriving more than 15 minutes late will be honored at our discretion.
Credit Cards
We have recently implemented a small 3.2% credit card processing fee to any credit/debit charges.
All pre-paid services expire one (1) year after date of purchase. Pre-paid services/products are non-refundable
