Scheduling Fee
To confirm your appointment, a $50.00 non-refundable fee is required at the time of booking any procedure. This fee secures your reservation and will be applied toward your appointment or procedure if it is kept as scheduled.
Cancellation Fee
If you cancel or reschedule within 48 hours of your appointment time, or if you no-show the $50.00 fee will be forfeited and held as cancellation charge. If at least 48 hours’ notice is provided, the fee may be transferred to a future booking.
Late Policy
Out of respect for our patients and staff schedules, treatments for patients arriving more than 15 minutes late will be honored at our discretion.
Credit Cards
We have recently implemented a small 3.2% credit card processing fee to any credit/debit charges.
All pre-paid services expire one (1) year after date of purchase. Pre-paid services/products are non-refundable
